Dioscuri is a company that trains strictly thoroughbred race horses, for gallop races. The company’s managers are the Botti brothers (Alduino and Giuseppe), Stefano Botti and their close collaborators whom they share the decisions with everyday. The company’s registered offices are in Milan at the training grounds in Via Ippodromo. The Botti brothers have always had a very clear idea of what their key values have to be in order to carry out this activity and keep the company going: reliability, professionalism and passion. These 3 characteristics are also put across to all their employees with the intention of creating shared goals to achieve while always respecting each horse’s limits.

Indeed, a trainer’s main role is precisely that: to understand the limits and potentials of each horse, and create an everlasting bond between man and horse that can generate results corresponding to each horse’s characteristics. A factor of this company’s success has been the combination of the personal characteristics of the key players in the Botti team, that is, their skill, knowledge, professionalism, reliability, passion, precision and not least intuition.

The other important factor for success are the owners, who Dioscuri has partnered for years and who make up the main lifeblood of the company’s activity. Principally they are the Scuderia Siba, Effevi, Rencati and La Tesa stables, as well as lots of other owners who are smaller in terms of the number of horses that they own, but by no means less important. Dioscuri also owns some race horses, though in recent years it has reduced this branch of its activities.
